Is ADV7480 HDMI 1.4b complaint? If not which HDMI spec is it complaint to? ps: I checked other queries for the same question it not answered fully. Please confirm.

 Please refer this thread HDMI version of ADV7611 and ADV748x ? 
 I believe that it supports HDMI version 1.4b as per hardware reference.

According to the HDMI 1.4b document revision history, the only difference between 1.4a and 1.4b are minor editorials and clarification. It will work with HDMI 1.4b
