I'm a hardware engineer in Japan.
e.g. PC, Blu-ray(3 sources) → ADV7627 → monitor.
When I change input source at ADV7627, there is not a sound in the monitor very rarely.
Do I have to change some setting at the time of a source change?
Best regards.

Hi,
Please let us know whether you are configuring the board through script or through software driver?
Are you using any specific script for configuring the board from design support files ADV7625 Design Support Files?
We have been trying to reproduce the issue in our lab and audio is working fine for both splitter and normal mode in the evaluation board.
Please note, in DVI transmission mode, no packets will be sent and all registers relating to packets and Info Frames will be disregarded.
DVI Mode Reset: The packet processing block, including Info Frame memory, is held in reset when the HDMI Rx processes a DVI stream.
Do crosscheck whether you are receiving the packet and info frame details for HDMI mode.
Could you please provide some more steps to reproduce this issue? Are you facing this issue on all the sinks?
Thanks,
Dharani S

Hi DharaniS

I always set ADV7627 to HDMI mode (TX-0xAF).
And this issue occurs even if I use all the sinks that I have. This issue occurs at the monitor of various makers.
When I change the source at ADV7627 around 500 times, this issue occurs.
There is very little frequency.
Best regards.
Thank you for registering your corporate email address!

Hi,
Hi DharaniS
I also have a question.
I would like to know the following two points.
・Register to detect this problem when it occurs
・Register for resetting
Thanks,
