Hi,
My customer who doesn't have a license of DCP would like to purchase an EVAL-ADV7619-7511P for non-HDCP use. However, I saw a part name ADV7511KSTZ, not -P, in the EVAL-ADV7619-7511 bom list.
On the other hand, ADV7619 is -p.
I think the evaluation board can't be sold to no license customer if the Tx is HDCP key version even if Rx is non-HDCP key version. Could you confirm actual part name of Tx on EVAL-ADV7619-7511P?

ADV7619 data sheet ordering guide from ADV7619 design support files mentioned that Model EVAL-ADV7619-7511-P is evaluation board without HDCP Keys.
Also please read http://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/evaluation-documentation/UG-338.pdf page 6, section evaluation board usage clearly explains about this.
No license is required to purchase the non-HDCP enabled board. Note that the version of the board without HDCP support ( E VA L-ADV7619-7511P) does not work with most consumer HDMI sources (for example, Blu-ray players) because they automatically implement HDCP encryption. Therefore, a non-HDCP video source isneeded with the non-HDCP version of the board.

Hi Jeyasudha, thanks for the response. I understand things that you pointed out.The only my concern point is the HDMI Tx on the EVAL-ADV7619-7511-P. I wrote in first post, ADV7511KSTZ is shown in the BOM. This part number is HDCP version. Could you clarify we can ship this board to the customer who doesn't have DCP license even if the HDCP version of ADV7511 is used in this board?
Please refer this thread ADV7511 - difference between KSTZ and KSTZ-P
As per this thread reference, we can ship these to customers who are not HDCP adopters. I believe this would help you.
Hi Jeyasudha,
Thanks. I understood.
