How to set MAX96717 MFP9 MFP10 to GPIO?

Hi Sir, 
 
 How to set MAX96717 MFP9 MFP10 to GPIO? 
 The default setting is SDA_RX( MFP9) & SDA_TX( MFP10). 
 How to set them be GPIO? There is no respond when we set 0x2DC, 0x2DD and 0x2DE.
