Max9286 can not output CSI data

Question

We use the MAX9286+MAX96705+AR0231 link . 
 
 This is the MAXX9286 and MAX96705 setting.When enable CSI_OUT_EN, there is no data transfer on the lanes.Are there any obvious issues with the configuration? We should investigate the issues from those aspects?
