    We are looking for the DVI to STANAG 3350B conversion. I found ADV8005 video processor, which looks to be interesting part to meet our requirement.
    

    a) Does it support progressive's to interlace conversion. 
    

    b) Does it support frame rate conversation like 50 to 25Hz or 30Hz to 25Hz?
    

    c)  Can we generate Sync on green from encoder block through DAC ?        Please find the below comments,
      

             a) Does it support progressive's to interlace conversion. 
      

                      Yes, ADV8005 is the only part which can support progressive to interlace conversation.
      

             b) Does it support frame rate conversation like 50 to 25Hz or 30Hz to 25Hz ?
      

                       ADV8005 will do format/resolution as well as frame rate conversion. Please refer below snap,
      

       
      

      

            C)  Can we generate Sync on green from encoder block through DAC ? Our requirement would be to get output over RGB with sync embedded over green channel.
      

                         I believe yes, but Sync will be on all outputs but syncs on R & B will have no effect at the monitor. Please enable below register.
      

       
      

                       Please note that "Sync will be on all outputs but syncs on R & B will have no effect at the monitor". Normally sinks will ignore sync pulses on the R and B channels so having them there does not cause a problem.
