Is ad725ar-reel7 just older version of ad725arz? Do they have identical function and interchangeable? Any flaws with ad725ar-reel7? Or, any improvements for ad725arz over ad725ar-reel7?

The -REEL and -REEL7 just specifies how the parts are shipped, i.e. -REEL7 mean parts are on tape on a 7 inch reel. The base number is just AD725AR)
