This is a rather old part and it does not look like we have IBIS models. This part was designed around the time that IBIS models were just being developed and were not standardized until 2006 It looks like this part was designed in the 90's. if I have my facts right. Nonetheless, I will move this post over to the video section of the forum since this is a video part. They may be able to help you.
