Kindly share the Ibis model of AD8145 and AD8146

IBIS models can be found here https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/simulation-models/ibis-models.html Unfortunately the AD8146 it not there. 
 Spice models can be found here https://www.analog.com/en/products/ad8146.html#product-reference . Again unfortunately there is no direct LTSpice version however you might be able to port one of the other model versions
