Convert CVBS to YUV422 8bit (RAW8) + HS + VS + PCLK

Question

Hi 
 I'm looking for an IC to convert CVBS to YUV422 8bit (Parallel Data RAW8) + HS + VS + PCLK. 
 I found the ADV7280A, ADV7182A, ADV7282A but they convert to 8-bit ITU-R BT.656 which has the sync signals embedded, but I need discrete sync output. 
 Any suggestions?
