Is there any alternative part of AD724 which can operate at -40 to 85 degC or more.

 Please check with AD723 or AD725 parts and these can support industrial grade operating temperature. 
 
 Even ADV739x/ADV734x can support this. Please refer different video encoder part at Selection Table for Video Encoders | Parametric Search | Analog Devices
