Unfortenately i today have tried this way and says unsupported maybe i shoud look for another IC it engages monitor only with hsynch connected clock is sine wave and hsync is falling edge im trying to convert old lcd screen from car to vga or composite output it will be great if u can point me for suitable IC to get . Video can be output from the ADV8005 using one or both of the HDMI transmitters and/Or the Six-DAC SD/HD video encoder. The Six12-bit NSV video DACs allow composite (CVBS), S-Video (Y/C), and component (YPrPb) analog outputs in Standard, Enhanced, and High-definition video formats.
Also it can support dither mode.
Please note "ADV7123/5 can support VGA output, but it will require RGB444 input".
