Component analog RGB (sync on green) to digital ITU-R BT.656 in ADV7403

Question

Is it possible to convert analog component RGB (sync on green) to digital 8/10 bit ITU-R BT.656 format? 
 If not, please suggest a chip to convert analog composite/S-video/RGB (sync on green) to digital ITU-R BT.656 format (8/10 bit).

 ADV7403 can meet your requirement So please check the I2C reference configuration script at ADV7403 Design Support Files - Documents - Video - EngineerZone (analog.com) .
