The currently used one is IT6801FN.

Below are the video parts which can support upto 4K, Please choose it according to your requirement.

ADV7619/ADV7625/ADV7850/ADV8005/ADV8003 - Maximum supported output rate till 3Ghz.
ADV7619 - Receiver
It supports 3Gbps data bandwidth allowing for video resolutions Upto 4k by 2k (3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz).
Audio support: Supports up to four I2S outputs.
Upto 48-bit Deep Color with 36-/30-/24-bit support
INPUT - HDMI
OUTPUT - Pixel bus Output.
Video Output Formats:
• SDR 16-/20-/24-bit 4:2:2 YCrCb for all standards
• SDR 24-/30-/36-bit 4:4:4 YCrCb/RGB for all HDMI standards
• DDR 12-/24-/30-/36-bit 4:4:4 RGB
