Are these encoders can convert the progressive RGB 4:4:4 (this is the input) to Interlaced PAL (This must be the final output)?

Hi,

   ADV8005 can do "P to I" conversion but ADV8005 will probably be an costly part.

  Please refer section 3.2.3.15 at ADV8005 Hardware Reference Manual (Rev. A) (analog.com). The P to I hardware can be enabled by using register "m_p2i_enable".
