ADV7180 Usage With MPU

Hi,

  The basic rule to follow is that the 1.8V rail can not exceed the 3.3V rail.  This applies to both power up and power down sequences.
  The optimal power-up sequence described in the datasheet is how the ADV718x is powered up during in-house testing and it is the safest method of powering up the ADV718x.

  The power supply sequence described in the datasheet is the most Conservative / Correct way of powering up the ADV7180. Please refer for information adv7180 datasheet.

   Please note as per expert comment "3.3V first and 1.8V next, reset brought up after they are stable. A 5ms wait is recommended for reset".

Hello, thank you for your answer. In our circuit DVDDIO is 3.3V. The pins INTRQ, RESET, PWRDOWN have 10K pull-down resistors and they are connected to 3.3V MPU, is it okay? These pins will be managed by MPU.

   Could you please check the same with our reference schematic and We don't have much information about the pull down resistor.
