    I'd like to ask you about Video Decoder IC, ADV7441A.
    

    We are using the ADV7441A to decode RS-170A.
    

    

    1. According to the LOCK TIME SPECIFICATION in the datasheet, the Vertical Lock Time is 2 fields (typ), but how variable is this parameter?
    2. How long does it take to restore a stable DC level after an analog video signal is input to the AIN pin?

              Yes, The Video specification defines a typical vertical lock time of 2 fields.  It may and probably will take longer depending on the stability of the incoming video.
      

              It will depend on the stability of the incoming video, So we don't know how much time it will take to stabilize.
