EVAL-ADV739XFEZ and EVAL-ADV7391 EBZ for ADV 7391 chip

Question

We have received Analog devices make Evaluation boards, EVAL-ADV739XFEZ and EVAL-ADV7391 EBZ for ADV 7391 chip.

As per the user guide, to install the driver software from FTP (Analog.com), we have downloaded &lsquo;Filezilla Client&rsquo;. The attempt failed showing &ldquo;could not connect to the server&rdquo;. 
 
 Moreover, a warning label is indicated in the board as &ldquo;Please install software before connecting hardware to USB port&rdquo;. I&rsquo;m hoping you can help me in this situation providing: 
 
 1) Installation demo 
 
 2) Driver for the encoder (ADV739x) 
 
 3) Any other method to get the driver for the encoder

 Please install filezilla from https://filezilla-project.org - The free FTP solution at https://filezilla-project 
 Please refer below thread for filezilla settings https://ez.analog.com/video/f/q-a/6274/eval-adv739xfez Our protected folders on the ADI FTP are best accessed using Filezilla FTP client ( Download FileZilla Client for Windows (64bit x86) (filezilla-project.org) ) 
 The recommended technique is as follows Open Filezilla Enter Host: ftp.analog.com Enter Username: xxxxxx Enter Password: xxxxxx (the FTP password is provided with the board, alternatively contact the local FAE) Leave Port: unpopulated Press Quick-connect
