Hi Tamu San,
Please note the power supply sequence described in the datasheet is the most Conservative / Correct way of powering up the ADV7182A.
As per expert comment "After the 1.8V supply rails are fully asserted (up and stable), after that only the PWRDWN pin can be deasserted (released high)".
Thanks,
Poornima
Hi Poornima-san,
Thank you for your reply.
Do you mean that the customer have to fix his board in order to keep "After the 1.8V supply rails are fully asserted (up and stable), then the PWRDWN pin should be deasserted (released high)" (OPTIMAL POWER-UP SEQUENCE) or SIMPLIFIED POWER-UP SEQUENCE on the datasheet?
If it's yes, I will tell it to the customer and this will be closed.
Thank you!
Best regards.
Tamu
Hi Tamu San,
YES, Better we can inform customer to follow the recommended power sequence provided in the datasheet.
Thanks,
Poornima
