Splitter 1:2

It doesn't matter if it's VGA or not. Both outputs can be HDMI. We just need two active outputs that can output simultaneously.

For example, the circuit whose picture I have added/shared before provides output to both a 4K HDMI 2.0 (with HDCP) monitor and a VGA monitor at the same time. We can cancel VGA, we need 2 x HDMI Output which can output simultaneously. To be able to operate two different monitors simultaneously via HDMI.

We are designing a similar device. Both monitors must be turned on.

We are looking for an IC that can send images to both devices. Is ADV7672 suitable for us?

One mode of operation for the ADV7672 is as a 1:2 splitter.  What goes in the ingress port would come out both egress ports.  The part is still under NDA therefore the requirement to go through your local FAE or sale rep. to get more information.
