Thanks for reply, As I saw EVAL-ADV7341EBZ have ADV7341 and input with 10-bit, Can I use this like 8/16/24-bit input because our main IC is ADV7343 and this is 8/16/24-bit input accept.

  Its not possible, ADV7341 input data width is 10 bit so ADV7341 part can accept only 10/20/30- bit input.

   Can you please check with FAE(Sales Person) about ADV7343 demo kit.

   Its also possible to validate the ADV7343 using internal test pattern generation & some customers have used these color bars as a test pattern to test their system design. Please refer Page81 in ADV7343 datasheet

   Please make sure with below things for internal test pattern generation,
       SD Test Pattern- 27Mhz clock signal must be applied to the CLKIN pin.
       ED Test Pattern- 27Mhz clock signal must be applied to the CLKIN pin.
       HD Test Pattern- 74.25MHz clock signal must be applied to the CLKIN pin.
