        it is proprietary information.  You guys have been great in responding to my
        
 
        rant, sorry I got a little impatient when I can't find the right info from
        
 
        the web site.  I guess I had too much coffee on that day.  But seriously,
        
 
        you should put the email address for tech support in the contact us tab or
        
 
        make it easier to find the email address.  It's frustrating when one can not
        
 
        find the right email address for questions/request and you don't want
