Trouble with ADV7613

Question

I try run my custom board on ADV7613 with LCD panel G104X1-L04. I write setting and E-EDID as in attach.
ADV7613 visible in Device Manager as Generic PnP Monitor. But ADV7613 not work correctly, I have this picture on screen
