Hi,
The schematic would be covered in datasheet,Please crosscheck. Refer section - Circuit description and operation in datasheet.
Refer here Design and Layout of a Video Graphics System for Reduced EMI (Rev. AN-333) at https://www.analog.com/en/products/adv7123.html#product-overview
Please refer below FaQs which related to ADV7123,
https://ez.analog.com/video/w/documents/627/adv7123-driving-terminated-video-lines
Note: As per expert comment "The recommended approach when using either the ADV7123 or ADV7125 is to use an external reference (as per datasheet) e.g. AD1580". The external reference provides for better performance at the higher graphics speeds.
Thanks,
Poornima
