How can I apply EDID of sink to input source in EVAL-ADV7625?

Question

I am using ADV7625ES2C.xml in AVES3_EVAL-ADV7625-SMZ_20160127. However, there is no tab to set the EDID applied to input. 
 How do I apply? Do I need to define it myself?

Hi, 
 The XML file is only needed if you want to read/write registers using the graphical interface of AVES3. 
 If you use our software driver to configure the board, then our repeater function will just copy the EDID from sink which is connected to TX into the RX which is connected to the source. 
 Note: If you are using consumer electronic devices as a source (rather than a DVI/HDMI generator), You will need to ensure that the ADV7625 is configured with an appropriate EDID.The SW driver copies the sink's EDID from TX memory to the RX memory whereas the scripts do not. 
 Below is the example for how to use EDID in the script. 
 Here is a script to configure the ADV7625 with the EDID from an LG 84" TV. You can copy this into your scripts file.
