The customer use it to implement outside display(HDMI/DVI Cable up to 2 meters-->ADV7612-->FPGA&MCU-->ADV7511-->Display), and their board card put in 1U case and those devices implement the huge display in he field .
There's turn out that the ADV7162 does not output to FPGA& can't setted by external MCU. Work with their hardware engineer check the case's ground connect ok. Test the chip's voltage & the electrical parameters are OK. they change to use a new one in unwork board work well.
So is there any advice about to tracking the problem without do FA test? Thanks a lot.
