The ADV3221/ADV3222 are offered in a 16-lead SOIC package and are available over extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C. I believe, high temperature part is not available and please refer below link for more part. https://www.analog.com/en/products/switches-multiplexers/buffered-analog-multiplexers.html
