ADV7403 with lower I/O (

Question

I have an application that interfaces to FPGA with ADV7403. However the host FPGA interface is <=2.5VDC I/O tolerent and ADV7403 is 3.3V I/O compliant. What to do other than level shifters? 
 Could ADV7443 or ADV7802 possibly apply? No data sheet on these parts to verity the I/O voltages. Thanks for the feedback.
