Hi ,

We are using AD8118 32x 32 Analog crosspoint ,

We are using this in as a single Ended operation with input data speed of 300 Mhz , i have attached the power circuit for one channelh.

We are seeing a 20mVp-p noise on the output pins .Up till now we were using AD8118 and were seeing a 6-8 Vp-p noise .

Could you please let me know with regards to the following ,

We have seen there is no change even after removing the 75 Ω and 150 Ω resistor(Circled red) and connecting it to ground directly .

1. Is it fine to remove the 75 Ω and 150 Ω resistor and connecting it to ground directly .

If there is not problem then , we are thing of putting a Decoupling capcitor to reduce the noise .

2.If noise Reduction is considered , which is the better Diffrential  or Single - Ended operation .

Please let me know with regards to this .

Thanking you

With best regards and wishes
