I have a Composite NTSC input feeding my ADV7842/ADV7511 eval board. If I run 1-1e (CVBS to 480i out) my output is shifted a little up and to the right. If I run 1-1f (CVBS to 480p) my output is shifted a little up and to the left. When I say a little I only mean 5-10 pixels. What registers, if any, can I access to try and center my output perfectly? I've tried experimenting with the DE, HS, and VS timing in SDP IO registers but that doesn't seem to have any impact on the centering. Modifying those registers either had no impact or caused my video to go away all together.
