I suggest you use the 'AD9x89B Programming Guide RevA' found in the support section of this Engineering Zone.
I don't know where you got the '10-03-06_Broadvideo Tech' version you are using, but it is definitely pre-release as evidenced by the incomplete 'Table xx' notations.
