AD9389 and Dolby Surround

Question

Hello 
 We are driving a Dolby Surround receiver from our board which contains an AD9389. When plugging into the Dolby surround receiver, the reciver does behave as if it would receive a normal Stereo Signal. 
 Does ths AD9389 have provisions to inform the attached HDMI devices that a Dolby surround signal is transmitted?
