I need a solution that converts:
FROM: 8-bit progressive scan YUV4:2:2 (27MHz) video
TO: NTSC interlaced video
Do you have an IC and/or multiple IC's that will allow me to do the above conversion?
I was looking at the ADV7174/ADV7179 but it is not clear to me if it will take PROGRESSIVE scanned YUV input data and convert it to INTERLACED NTSC output.
