AD8107 reserved pin

Question

Hell all, 
 
 When reserved pin No55, 57 and 59 are not used, are these pins open pin? 
 
 20 K ohm register is connected with Pin No 55 in datasheet P.22. 
 If No 55 is not used, is this pin left to open ?
