ADV3220 Supply

The specifications for the ADV3220 are with +-5V rails.

It is also spec'd at 0-12V rails but the real problem here is the video signals would have to be AC coupled and biased to ~mid-point for proper operation.  This is a more complex circuit.

The device is not spec'd with 0-5V rails.

It is best to keep the video signal DC coupled so the black level is 0V.  And best to run the ADV3220 with +-5V rails.

If you need to generate 5V DC then you might look at devices like the LTC1983

Pay attention to the output ripple voltage and you should be good.
