We have our custom board with AM5718 TI Sitara processor and ADV7611 and ADV7393 in the HDMI path as given in attached image. Without ADV7611 and ADV7393, we are able to see output on HDMI port. But if we add both chips, we are not able to see any output on the display. ADV7611 and ADV7393 chips are detected by the Linux successfully. We are using default configuration of chips done by the drivers and not modifying anything. Can anyone pls guide us to resolve the issue? or with anyconfiguration to be added in the driver to support the below format.
Somebody please help to resolve this issue. We are stuck in between and without this we are able to move forward.

Did you referred and followed as per the design support files for ADV7611 and ADV7393 at
What is the input format and output format? Can you make sure the input is detected by ADV7611 correctly?

WE are configuring parts using software driver.
Input format: HDMI(from Processor)
Output: 16bit YCbCr

Below registers tell us if the HDMI front end is locked to the incoming video a)Registers HDMI 0x04, 0x07, 0x1B, 0xE0 b) Read registers IO 0x6A, 0x6B c) Are you seeing any signal on the VS, HS and DE pins?
You can monitor the TMDS_CLOCK_DET bit in the 7611 to see if the source is really outputting video.
Please tell us how can we check EDID deteceted properly?
Please refer Page32(STRUCTURE OF INTERNAL E-EDID) in ADV7619ReferenceManual.The internal E-EDID can be accessed in read/write mode through the general I2C interface at the EDID map I2C address. We are getting following values after reading registers.
IO 0x6A --> 0x53
IO 0x6B --> 0x03
if i read HDMI registers using I2c interface, am getting read failed error. same in the case of EDID registers.
