My understanding is that the ADV7511W Tx is identical to ADV7513 (http://www.analog.com/en/audiovideo-products/analoghdmidvi-interfaces/adv7513/products/product.html) Tx in form, fit, and function (pins for pin, same software / register identical).
Essentially, the two can be used interchangeably, as the register configuration is the same.
I have a customer that found a Xilinx reference design that is using an ADV7511 (different pinout than "W") and is asking if that version of the part is also register compatible with the ADV7513. Ideally, they want to develop the code on the Xilinx board and move it over to their ADV7513/ADV7511W design seamlessly.
