I connect the ADV7511W and A7-FPGA. If I choose "program device"(board power on and then program from Vivado online, sorry but I don't exactly konw how to expression it), ADV7511W can start up, and the monitor connceted to the ADV7511W has a image. But if I firstly program configuration memory device (FPGA will boot from flash) and then board power up, ADV7511W can't start up.
Is there any require of the system reset time before program the ADV7511W's I2C? Or any other problems?

On power up the ADV7511 will reset to the default values.Please try to configure below attached script after power up(simple script to put the device back to it's default state).

But what we use is ADV7511W. And we can already start ADV7511W up when first board power on and then program from Vivado. But ADV7511W can't start up when FPGA boot from flash.
And I think maybe I find a solution to the problem. Formerly, in my verilog code, there was 0.5s before the FPGA configuration ADV7511W's I2C after FPGA start up. Now I lengthen 0.5 seconds to 2 seconds, and ADV7511W can start up! Maybe the reset time is not enough。
But a IC can't start up in 0.5s, this is not normal. Is there any other suggest?
IC startup within 1sec is not a problem and there is no required sequence for turning on or turning off the power domains all should be fully powered up or down within 1 second of the others.Please refer ez.analog.com/.../is-the-middle-voltage-inputting-allowed-for-adv7511w-during-reset
