I want to find a VGA receiver chip which can support VGA interface,and translate VGA format to RGB(24bits) parallel signals to FPGA.
I'm sorry to tell you that the frequency of pixel clock of ADV7401 is 140MHz limited, the highest resolution ADV7401 supported is 1280*1024@75(fpixel=135MHz), so ADV7401 isn't the chip I want.
And ADV7482 doesn't exist?I can't find it on your web.
The highest resolution of incoming video maybe 1600*1200@60(fpixel=162MHz) and 1080p60(fpixel=148.5MHz),so ADV7401 can't do this.Would you please give me some other suggestions?
By the way,The content of question I asked earlier had two sections,But I can't find the second section on this title.The second section is: I fond a chip which named ad9888 earlier,but it has two channels,and cost more.one chip VS one channel is what I want.
Sorry my bad. I thought from this thread that you were looking for VGA. It is clear that you are looking for UXGA video digitizer. Therefore ADV7842 should be suitable (I made a type in the previous message).
As I have mentioned - AD9888 is no longer supported. Also most of our devices contain front-end mux allowing to select one of different inputs. I'm not aware of part that does not have an input mux.
