Question about AD7391

Question

Hello all, 
 1: How should I use not used Pin when SEL/MISO (25pin ) is not used ? 2:How is accuracy of constant of loop filter connected to EXT-LF (16pin) ? Datasheet does not say constant. So, we use the constant near the combination of some capacitor and resistor.
