When I am changing Lo to 70MHz nothing is coming in TX port. Why?

The board is only sold with the 2400~2500 MHz balun. If you want to evaluate the part outside of this frequency range, an alternative balun should be installed (Configuration Options for AD9361/AD9364 boards [Analog Devices Wiki]). If you need additional help regarding this, please request it from the Design Support AD9361/AD9363/AD9364 community.
What is the lowest LO frequency for which you are seeing the signal?
The lowest frequency is 60MHz.
You shouldn't be able to tune the LO to 60MHz. Can you verify that the value of "out_altvoltage1_TX_LO_frequency" is 60MHz? Also when you do not see anything at 70MHz can you check this value as well that it is set to around 70MHz.
Where is "out_altvoltage1_TX_LO_frequency" and how can I measure it's frequency? Are u talking in oscilloscope?
I am looking in spectrum analyzer with span of 100MHz.
60 MHz is an invalid option for no-OS too, so I guess that you are doing something wrong.
The desired frequency should be specified in Hz, so for 70 MHz, you should have:
ad9361_set_rx_lo_freq(phy, 70000000 ). Can you try again?
I have changed in ad9361_init parameter to 70000000 instead of 2400000000 but no output in TX port. I request u to replicate in your setup.
No, I didn't have a chance to try this, but I'm still confused about what you said about 60 MHz... Can you try more LO frequencies and tell us the result?
Centre frequency is 70MHz. and bandwidth is 16MHz.
Can you try more LO frequencies (70 MHz, 100 MHz, 500 MHz, 1000 MHz, etc ) and tell us the result? What tool do you use to capture the TX signal?
When i set LO into below 1GHz nothing comes out in TX port.
Please help me.
I did a test and I didn't see any issues on my side.
However, don't forget that the balun from ARRADIO is rated for an operating frequency of 2400~2500 MHz (ARRADIO [Analog Devices Wiki]), so the peak power will decrease when you will move away from this range. Take a look on the wiki for some hardware configuration options: Configuration Options for AD9361/AD9364 boards [Analog Devices Wiki]
which board are u using in your side?
In balun configuration 70MHz is not specified.
I have used an unmodified ARRADIO board.
which balun is mounted in it?
The one specified in the ARRADIO schematic: Terasic - Daughter Cards - RF - HSMC ARRadio Daughter Card
I am using same board .

The attribute "out_altvoltage1_TX_LO_frequency" is located in /sys/bus/iio/devices/iio:device1 of the device itself.
Run this directly on your Zedboard/ZC706/RF-SoM/Pluto board that you are using:
It will print out the current LO of the transmitter in channel 1.
