FMCDAQ2 boot error with ZC706

I am trying to test AD9680 with ZC706 dev kit. I received a SD card from Analog devices and I tried to boot it up from the SD card by setting the SW11 to "00110" as described in the ZC 706 user guide. However, it didn't work at all. One of our team mates had prior experience working with AD-FMCOMMS3-EBZ and I used the SD card that came with FMCOMMS3 and it worked fine. Then I took the latest build from,

and re-wrote the SD card and copied the BOOT.BIN and devicetree.dtb files from "Zynq-zc706-adv7511-fmcdaq2" folder. Then I followed the steps given in the same site. It still fails; it says there's a kernel panic (see the attached screenshot). Has anybody encountered this problem? Any idea as to how to fix it?
