Can you confirm if your application requires an up level translation? Would this mean the 1.8V from ADC is to be up translate to 2.5V for the FPGA? Is that correct?
If yes, then we could offer the ADG3308, an 8-Channel Level Translator and has a maximum data rate of up to 50Mbps which you might want to consider with regards to the MSPS conversion. However, propagation delay is typically from 8ns to 11ns max.
The ADC output is 2.5V and FPGA bank voltage is 1.8V. So it is down translation from 2.5V to 1.8V.
The maximum data rate is 200MSPS.
Preferred Propagation delay is less than 3nS acceptable
Skew variation(Propagation delay variation) b/w ports shall be less than 100pS
For your application, I would recommend the ADG3241, a 1-Bit, 2 Port Level Translator Bus Switch. It can translate levels from 2.5V of the ADC down to 1.8V for the FPGA. The maximum data rate is 1.5Gbps and the propagation delay is 0.225ns.
