We are looking for a reference circuit to convert +/-10V to 0-2.5V and 0-2.5V to +/-10V (single ended) scale using operational amplifiers. Your help is highly appreciated.
What are your application requirements? What supply are operating, frequency, etc.
Thanks for your response. We wanted to design an industrial standard Analog Input module which takes +/-10V, +/-5V inputs range and get the voltage converted to ADC chip reference (0 to 2.5V). Supply voltage can be 5V or 3.3V. We are planning to use AD7689 chip for 16-bit resolution and AD7888 for 12-bit resolution modules. Thanks for your support.

We can as well have an amplifier that could do the job. See circuit below as example.
This can convert the +10V input to ~0 to 2.5 V output prior to the ADC. However at single supply, we could not achieve 0 V output since it is limited by the footroom of the amplifier plus we need a DC bias to raise the inputs to avoid clipping and distortion.
