Can the no_OS ARM Cortex-A9 CPU run two processes simultaneously?

Hello,here I meet a question.Previously,we use an arm based on linux system in zc702 to run two processes,one for net-layer protocol and one for AD9361 parameters configuration.We used to let an no_OS arm run only a MAC layer program in zc702. Now we change our platform to zc706 and AD9371. Also  we want to use the no_OS design in the AD9371/AD9375 No-OS Setup [Analog Devices Wiki] to control AD9371. So the question is can the no_OS ARM Cortex-A9 cpu in zc706 run two processes simultaneously,one for AD9371 control and one for MAC layer protocol?If it can,Could you please detail the solution?Thank you.
