Is FDD independent mode allowing Tx and Rx to enable and disable without flushing?

So, in TDD dual synth mode, the PLLs are always ON and the only difference between Dual synth and Standard FDD mode is that in dual synth the DAC is powered on and off along with TX which is not the case in Standard FDD(as Tx and Rx were always ON)
What happened to Rx PLL when we disabled Rx and enable Tx in FDD independent mode.
Is it awake or it went to sleep?
In fdd independent mode ,the ENSM always stays in the FDD state.If you disable the receiver and enable the transmitter then it operates like a TX state. The receiver PLL is enabled in that state also.
