Regarding its junction temperature, there are two specs in the data sheet, one is 175 degC, the other is 149.25 degC.
What dose it mean Nominal Junction Temperature (=149.25 degC)? Waht's the difference between the two?
Nominal junction/channel temperature value is the Tc when the amplifier is biased under nominal bias conditions.
Max channel temperature value of 175C is the channel temperature value for 1 million hours of MTTF.
By using both these values, user can get an idea of how much headroom with the nominal bias conditions to the max Tc.
