Can I use two LT1886 in parallel to get more output current?
Yes you can, you can refer to this for example http://www.linear.com/solutions/5632. But can you please be so kind to let us know why do you need more output current and on what level? The problem with parallel op amps is the cost and component count that might be solve with other single high current output drive op amp.
Thanks for the information.
I need to do some power supply noise tolerance tests, which combines +3.3V with some noise as the supply for the optical modules that we develop.
The current level is 350-400mA. The noise level is 10Hz to 10 MHz, 100mVpp.

You can consider ADA4870 in your application. It's a high speed, high voltage 1 A output drive capability amplifier that could cover your requirements. It will offer you enough headroom for your 400 mA current output drive. The noise density is also good at 2.1 nV/rtHz at 100 kHz in +/- 5V supply.
Please let us know if this will work on your application.
Thanks a lot.
It seems to be a good choice.
