I want to Mount the ADXRS453 LCC_V in horizontal PCB board for sensing the YAW angel.
As I detected, i need a vertical board for Yaw angel, while i have just a horizontal board !
What's your idea?
I believe that the original intent was to use the SOIC package for that purpose, per the datasheet. I do understand that it is natural to wonder about the pins on the side of the LCC_V package, but I have to believe that if the original application engineers intended these leads for the purpose you are asking for, they would have specified it that way in the datasheet. While I cannot make any promises, I do have one other colleague that I can check with on this. Also tagging my colleague, who normally supports this product, but is on vacation this week.

As i noticed in datasheet for the LCC_V package, If my PCB have parallel with ground surface, we can only handle pitch and roll angel. The question is how we can mount the device for Yaw angel?
And what about LCC_V back side pins. I could not find any information about them.
Can I use back side pins?

Yes, I agree 100% with what you wrote in your response. The ADXRS453 has an SOIC package that measures yaw rate directly. I also think this package option is cheaper than the vertically mounted package. Another idea for them to consider is to use (1) ADXRS453 (SOIC) and (1) ADXRS290. If their rate requirements are less than +/-100 dps, this provide all three axes with two devices.
