Since the Datasheet only gives informaton about 2.5V dual supply i asked myself the queston if 3.3V dual supply Operation was also possible.
It is possible to operate the ADG731 at these ranges however, as mentioned above, performance of the part at these range is not guaranteed. Please be reminded that we can only guarantee specifications stated in the datasheet.

The device is fully specified at ±2.5 V with +/-10% for dual supply operation and at 3 V and 5 V with +/-10% for single supply operation. It is possible to operate the ADG731 with unbalanced supplies or at other voltage supplies (Vdd to Vss = 7V); however, the switch characteristics will change. These changes include, but are not limited to: analog signal range, on resistance, leakage, VINL, VINH, and switching times.
So to answer your question, yes, 3.3V dual supply operation is possible. However, the performance of the part in this range is not guaranteed.

Thx for your reply. I think im gonig to try +3.3V/-1.8V and +3.3V/-3.3V im my prototype (just switching the LDO for testing)
